1st day Sta.Elena de Uairen - Kama (--/L/S)
We start in Santa Elena and after 40min we are reaching the Jaspe waterfall. The red shiny stone in the jungle is a great photo motive. Afterwards we are going for 40 min to enjoying the natural waterslide of Soruape and having lunch with views to the flattop mountains.
Next stop will be at the insect-eating plants. There are five species, from a worldwide total of 18 families, living here. You wont find more insect eating plants anywhere else in the world!! Then we continuing to an old holy Indian place, where the natives asked the gods to make their whishes come true. I don't know if your whish will come true but the panoramic view to the six flattop mountains are just amazing.
Overnight stay is next to the 55m high Kama waterfall. We stay in beds with mosquito-nets by a Indian family in the National Park Canaima.

2nd day Kama - Sta. Elena de Uairen (B/L/S)
From Kama-Meru we are going to the Kawi Meru. Two magical waterfalls in the jungle. If you like to jump from eight meters in the water, just do it!!
We take our lunch in the Indian village San Francisco de Yuruani and in the afternoon we walk behind the waterfall La Cortina, depends on the water level!! This is a unforgettable experience for adrenalin addicts!!
Then we drive back to Sta. Elena, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd day Sta. Elena - El Pauji - Sta. Elena (B/L/--)
Today we are driving to El Pauji!
75 km west from Sta. Elena is the famous El Abismo! We climb for 20 min. a mountain and then we are continuing to a viewpoint over the Venezuelan and Brazilian rainforest. You wont forget this absolute amazing panorama!!
After another 20 minutes through the jungle, reaching a cave which is full of bats. The entrance of the cave makes you understand the meaning of the word "tropics", all stones and trees are covered with ferns, orchids or moss!!
The complete walk takes about 3,5 hours.
After a fabulous lunch we take a refreshing bath in the emerald pool in the woods.
We are back in Sta. Elena around 7pm.
