Venezuela Tours: Rio Caura |
![]() |
The Rio Caura is not a usual river. It crosses a vast jungle area before it reaches Rio Orinoco.
Its attraction is its untouched nature on which civilization has left no traces, until recently. The charm of this area is in its Indian culture and its original plants and animals
which must not be disturbed.
Transfer from Ciudad Bolivar to the village of "Las Tricheras" at the Rio Caura. Boat trip in a small boat to the island of "Dufrumi", where we stay overnight.
